I first heard about fitness shoes when I was looking to strengthen up my calves. I didn’t realize that they had shoes that made it so easy to do. Once I got a pair, started wearing them and saw the results I was hooked. I’ve been wearing fitness shoes for a least 2 years now. They really do make a difference in the shape of your legs and I guarantee others will notice the difference as well. I love that I can get a leg workout without going to the gym and spending a hour every other day to work them. I just have to slip on my shoes and start walking to better looking legs.
